Appointments cancelled within 24 hours cannot be guaranteed to be available for rescheduling. I will do my best to accommodate emergencies. No call, no show appointments will be counted as one of the appointments in the 4-pack and not available for rescheduling, 10-minute grace period will be given for late arrival, after that, it will be considered a no call, no show and cancelled.
